In this week’s episode, I’m talking to Julie Crockett who is a buyer’s agent and CEO of Australian Property Investment Solutions, a buyer’s agency, which she established in 2010. Julie is also a Property Investment Course creator and a Podcast host.
Julie talks us through her personal journey, how she went from being a full time teacher to being a property investor, which eventually lead her to starting her own business that helps people to create wealth through investing in residential property Australia wide. In 2020 Julie realised that she would like to reach out and help more people to realise their property investment dreams and “The Millionaire Property Investor Program” was created. Julie’s vision for her investment course is to help 500 people each year to learn all the steps required to successfully and confidently buy their own investment property and then learn how to build an investment portfolio.

Julie discusses how to find a good and reliable buyer’s agent, what to look out for when engaging a buyer’s agent, how to find a suitable investment property and how to decide what your investment strategy would be.
